Emergency Services Supervisor (Position #8000)

This position is responsible for the supervision of the CSB’s Emergency Services program that provides 24/7 mental health and substance abuse emergency services. Position also supervises assessments and diagnostic intakes for new clients entering CSB programs. This position requires astute diagnostic, evaluative, and crisis intervention skills and a thorough knowledge of the legal and clinical issues related to the pre-admission screening process. Must have advanced skills in providing administrative and clinical supervision and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals in the community, including hospital and court personnel. 

 Appropriate candidate must have a Masters degree in human services and a professional license in the State of Virginia. Supervision and emergency intervention work experience required.
