Public behavioral health agency seeking an experienced human resources generalist to oversee the agency’s HR activities. This position is a member of the agency supervisory group and reports to the Executive Director. Position requires knowledge and experience in recruitment and new staff orientation, legal compliance and reporting, payroll and benefits administration, personnel records and policies management, and personnel budget development. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to coordinate higher-level HR functions are essential. Requires skill in using word processing and spreadsheet software, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience with public sector human resources administration helpful.
