Residential Services Supervisor (Position #9400)

We are looking for the right individual to lead our around-the-clock residential program.  We provide a variety of residential supports to adults with serious mental illness in four different settings. Residents learn community living skills, grow toward independence, and experience recovery with the guidance of good staff in attractive settings. 

 The individual we seek is creative, energetic, and skillful in leading others. Must have extensive knowledge of serious mental illness. Advanced skill in staff supervision and development is required, as is the ability to inspire internal customer satisfaction through effective teamwork. Ability to manage facilities and respond to off-hours situations is also required. Applicants should have significant related work history, appropriate education/training in a human services field, or an equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
