Applicants must live within the Region 1 catchment. The Program Manager positions for Region 1 Adult & Children/Adolescent Mobile Crisis are employed by Region Ten Community Services Board and will supervise teams within Region 1, which consist of nine Community Services Boards (AHCS/RACS/VCSB, HBH, R10/RRCSB, HRCSB/NWCSB, Rapp Area CSB). The position supervises a team that provides mobile crisis response to homes, schools, and communities for adults, children and adolescents. Licensure as LPC, LCSW, or equivalent in VA required with experience in crisis services strongly preferred. A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience is required. This position collaborates with all Region 1 Community Service Boards and stakeholders, as well as provides/participates in training for communities/stakeholders/Mobile Crisis staff.
This is a hybrid position that will require occasional travel for supervision, trainings, meetings, and mobile crisis response back-up.  Current hours of operation are M-F 3p-11p. Salary is negotiable.
