Join our Assertive Community Treatment Team!
HRCSB is excited to welcome a Program Assistant to our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team! This is an opportunity to be an integral part of an environment where adaptability and a collaborative spirit are essential.
We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a flexible setting and is eager to support our mission. As a key player, you will work closely with the ACT Program Supervisor to help establish and organize our newly launched program. Your role will involve providing essential office-based support and engaging in a variety of tasks, including record-keeping, clerical duties, data entry and managing phone communications. Your ability to pivot and embrace new challenges will be crucial as you work alongside our dedicated team to enhance our daily operations.
Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, specifically Outlook calendars and Excel spreadsheets. You will be tasked with creating measurement systems to track program statistics, ensuring that we effectively monitor our progress and impact. Experience collaborating with diverse roles is vital, as is a willingness to learn and grow in this ever-changing environment.
While knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and concepts like Housing First and Trauma-Informed Care is a plus, what truly matters is your openness to embracing new ideas and approaches, and your ability to relate positively with team members and clients alike. This role requires a minimum of a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant administrative experience, or a combination of education and experience that equips you with the skills needed to succeed.
If you are ready to take on a dynamic role in a supportive, innovative team, we would love to hear from you! Join us in making a meaningful impact in the community.
