HRCSB is looking for a compassionate community-based case manager to work with adults diagnosed with serious mental illness and co-occurring developmental disabilities or substance use. This position is responsible for accessing, linking to and monitoring services and resources for adults in community recovery services. This position requires extensive knowledge of a wide range of individual service approaches and resources for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. Such as skills in delivering services and crisis interventions and ability to work cooperatively and effectively with individuals. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree is required, additional education and/or experience in a mental health, developmental disabilities, or substance use setting is preferred. Community Integration Specialist

Community Integration Specialist
The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Community Services Board is seeking a Community Integration Specialist. This is a full-time salaried position. The community integration specialist is responsible for leading groups, participating in social recreation activities and community integration activities. These will include psychoeducational, recreational, and social groups among others. In addition, the general advocate will support member-led groups. This position requires light physical work including walking, standing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting to execute job duties, as well as using kitchen and cleaning equipment.
The right candidate will be personable, motivated, organized, ethical, and passionate about working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness to enhance their recovery and growth towards independence in the community.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field. Basic computer literacy and word processing skills required.
The ability to work both independently and as a team member is essential, as well as being able to offer person-centered and trauma-informed treatment approaches in the therapeutic milieu.

Behavioral Health Tech Overnight Hourly Staff provide direct client services to the residents of Community Services Board operated supervised living residential services. Clients are adults with mental illness in recovery. Position requires: working knowledge of psychology, mental illness and substance abuse, ability to work effectively with clients and service providers in the community. Services include on-site support and supervision. Behavioral Health Tech Overnight Hourly Staff commit to a regular schedule and also fill in for other regularly scheduled staff in order to ensure staffing coverage to meet the needs of the residents. The typical shifts are overnights 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM at Market Street House. The position is either awake or asleep based on the preference of the preferred candidate.
Valid driver’s license, ability to drive and safe driving record required.

The awake option starts at $15/hour.
The asleep option pays $12.77/hour
