The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Community Services Board’s State Performance Contract is under development for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018 and may be accessed below.  Public comment is invited and may be submitted in writing to the attention of the Executive Director at 1241 North Main St., Harrisonburg, Va. 22802.  The CSB Board of Directors will take action on the Performance Contract at their Board meeting on July 10, 2018.
